SORENSEN, Craig L., of Tucson, AZ went to his eternal home February 28, 2011. Having lived in Globe, AZ the last 12 years. Born in Tucson, AZ to Lew Sorensen and Carole Sorensen on March 20, 1963. He graduated from Sahuaro High in Tucson, AZ, worked as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for many years at the Heritage Health Care Facility in Globe. He got his greatest rewards in life caring for people and helping them with all their ailments, was always passionate about what he did. Everyone who truly knew him knows of his great sports enthusiasm. He was also a formerfire fighter out of the Rural Metro Fire Department in Tucson, AZ training in 1986. He had a great many interest in his life. He is deeply loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by both parents, Lew and Carole. He is survived by his wife, Lorie; three stepchildren, Jenny, Amy and Richard; a daughter, Ashlee and brother, Eric (Michelle) and nieces, Avery and Keely and nephew, Todd plus his loving stepmom, Doris Sorensen; aunts, uncles and cousins. A beautiful Memorial for Craig will be held Sunday, March 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at The Dream Manor Inn located Hwy. 60 E. towards Show Low mile marker 253 on the right across from Drive-In Theatre in honor and remembrance of Craig Sorensen. Arrangements by MILES FUNERAL HOME.
